Shipping policy

At House of Onde, we take great care in making your jewelry arrives safely and on time. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery times and policies.

Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends. During busy seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended, but to assure you one you place your order we start working on your items right away!

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders:

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at salesof@houseofonde.com and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. 

International Duties and Taxes:

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs office.
